TeeNails (“we”, “us”) operates the TeeNails mobile app. This policy explains
what we collect, why, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Account information — your email address and the name you
provide when you sign up or sign in (including via Sign in with Apple).
- Photos you upload — reference images for custom design
requests and photos of completed work, stored to provide the service.
- Payment information — payments are processed by
Stripe. We do not store your card number; Stripe processes
and stores it under its own privacy policy.
- Device token — an Apple Push Notification token so we can
send you appointment and payment updates.
- Appointment and request data — bookings, custom design
requests, ratings, and messages you submit.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
- To let you browse designs, book appointments, and request custom designs.
- To process payments for nail services.
- To send push notifications about your appointments and payments.
- To let the nail artist fulfill and manage bookings.
We do not sell your data, and we do not track
you across other apps or websites.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the app:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Apple Push Notification service — delivering notifications.
- Microsoft Azure — hosting and storage.
Data retention & deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account,
which permanently removes your account data. You may also contact us to request deletion.
Children
TeeNails is not directed to children under 13. You must be 13 or older to create an account.
Security
We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, access controls) to protect
your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Changes
We may update this policy; we will post the new date above.
